We view our role in providing snow removal services more as being an Emergency Service Provider than a Landscape Maintenance Provider.  Without proper and timely snow removal services wholesale and retail outlets are not able to do business, office buildings and places of employment are unable to open and people are not able to leave their homes, condos or apartments to go to work.  This leads to loss of income for individuals and businesses.  There is also the potential problem of an increase of accidents and injuries that occur when snow removal providers are not professional in their approach to this service.

As a member of SIMA (Snow and Ice Management Association) we are exposed to new information, training conferences and seminars.  All our drivers complete a classroom session complete with video and individual testing.  Chuck Porter has been awarded the designation of CSP (Certified Snow Professional) after taking a six part, 525-question test on all aspects of snow removal.  The test covered areas of Business Management, Subcontracting, Risk Law and Contracts, Technical and Mechanical Aspects of Snow and Ice Management and Health, Safety and Human Resources issues.   There have been less than eighty recipients of this award nationwide.

We have a variety of trucks and loaders to provide snow removal services.  Types of properties that we service include banks, large and small retail outlets, HOA's, apartment complexes, industrial warehouses, churches and offices.  During a storm our office is available to take your calls 24 hours a day and all of our truck drivers are equipped with phones to ensure constant communication that we can relay to our customers.  We have our own mechanics and shop, which allows us to make repairs on our trucks and equipment regardless of when the problem occurs.  This reduces our down time as we don't have to wait until parts supplies stores or other repair facilities open to schedule an appointment.
